A7IV raw files not opening in Photoshop Elements

After installing software version 3.0 in my A7IV I can no longer open new raw files in Photoshop Elements 2022. Strangely, it's only the raw files for photos taken after the software update that can't be opened. Older raw files can still be opened. The new raw files can be opened using Imaging Edge, so the files are apparently not corrupt. I downloaded the trial version of Photoshop Elements 2024 along with the latest version of the Adobe Camera Raw plugin, but the new raw files still will not open. Any solution suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Photoshop version you're using maybe outdated or not supporting the latest RAW format in the latest FW version you have yet.

You are correct. The problem was that I wasn't using the latest Camera Raw plugin. I initially didn't believe that would have been the problem because I had just downloaded a trial version of Photoshop Elements 2024 and assumed it would be using the current version of Camera Raw. It wasn't. Once I converted to the latest version of Camera Raw the problem was solved. Thanks for taking the time to help.
