A1 images will not open in Preview on my Apple Mac.

Please will you let me know when you will be able to view my images in Preview on my Mac. I can view Both the Sony A9 11 and the A7R 1V. Is this down to Sony or is it down to Apple to sort out.

I have the same problem.... just bought ann A1 and cannot see RAW images on macbook, nor inn captureone!!! very, very annoying...did you manage to sort it out?

Did you try to make sure that the camera are up to date, I can see that there are available software system updates for them on the Sony Support website.
