Hi Sony Team,
I bought WF-C500 in June 2022 and from last few days the right earbud is not working, its very irritating.
I dont know how to repair it or there is no option to repair it.

Hey @mathewimp, try to reset it then initialize it, if that didn't work you might need to contact Sony: Sony Support Contact
