Info banner popping KDL-32RE400

Hi Sony,

There are many posts on the community about info banner that keeps popping while an external PC or other HDMI device is connected to some Sony TVs. I bought a KDL-32RE400 back in 2019. I have the last firmware update 9.925 of the 16th december 2020 from here: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs/kdl-32re403/downloads

Sadly, it seems some others TV devices received an update to be able to disable the info banner in the channel settings of the TV, but mine apparently did not. Would you please escalate this to the support? By chance, may someone would release a firmware update to be able to disbale the info banner popping.
