When I power on my Cyber W-380, shutter extends then retracts then extends and rectracts. Does this 3 or 4 times and then screen says turn power off and then on again. If you power off and then on again, the exact same thing happens. Any ideas?

I presume you cannot enter the menus to re-initialize the camera?

MENU -> (Settings) -> (Main Settings) -> [Initialize] -> [OK]

If not then all you can try is to remove the battery and replace it after a minute and see if that helps.
