Download Tool

I cannot download the download tool to save my videos and photographs. Every time I try I get Play Station PS4 or PS5, or I see a message timed out, even though I filled in the details immediately.

Hi,

I had the same problem as Sony has discontinued their download app.

I just plug the power lead usb end into my computer usb port, double-click on This PC, then USB Drive G (29.7 GB), then DCIM, then folder 100MSDCF,  I then select all the photos, copy, then paste into my photo folder on my desktop.
