Thank it us simply that I cannot find the Bravia core app to sign in on the tv
I'm having the same problem on a Sony A84J.
I also have the same issue and I contacted support-gb@sonypicturescore.com over two months ago. No help has been provided and when I ask for an update, I get told that my case has been passed to the correct team and they will contact me as soon as they find a solution.
This problem has not been 'Solved!' merely passed on with the hope that we will stop asking for a solution!
