xperia z screen freezed and phone not responding

Hi guys

I need some help with phone. I can’t unblock my phone by suing the screen lock pattern system. The screen seems not to respond whenever I touch it. Whenever I press the power button the screen comes up however I can’t unblock the phone. I tried to resetting it by holding the power button and the up volume button however is still not working.
