Safe Mode everytime

Hello everyone! I got problem with volume down button. Everytime I restart phone, it go in safe mode. Sometimes button works, but awful. Like something dont give it to press.

Sorry to hear about that, sounds frustrating! 

If the volume button is stuck, or gets stuck this would explain why the phone is booting in to safe mode constantly.

As this is a hardware issue you would need to contact your Local support to arrange for the handset to be assessed and repaired.
