Network unavailable
Hi just upgraded mine and hubby's contracts to the xperia XA with tablet deal through Virgin media.
Both phones are saying no network available. Is this because we're still using the old sim cards aswel as the new ones or something else? Thanks

Are you able to clarify if you are referring to a Xperia XA Dual SIM or just a normal Xperia XA single SIM?
If you are using a Xperia XA Dual when you went on a new contract did you get new SIM cards as that would generally mean the old SIM cards are now deactivated.

Single sim. I'm also wondering if we need to activate the new sim cards?
There were two options with the new sims to activate them... may explain why we have no network! Lol 😅🙈

That's likely the case maybe give the network a call and activate them directly unless you can do it some other way.
