DAB rewinding/jumping forward

I purchased a XAV-AX1005DB which was fitted into my 2007 Golf. Whilst listening to DAB radio, it cuts out as the audio rewinds a second or two then does the same but jumps forward again. It’s connected to the front screen DAB aerial. 
Is there anything obvious I can do to fix this?

Also, you might need to check the aerial, or its connection to the unit
