I too face this issue.. Not sure what is the reason behind it.. But the only solution is to uninstall the app and reinstall Ll solve the issue.. No other way now.. Tried so many methods like clearing the Google play cache and few other frame work caches, restart and nothing worked except uninstall and reinstall..
