Hello

The Sony 65 inch OLED TV I bought qualified me for a 200 pound cash back.

As per Sony's terms and conditions I registered a claim yesterday about 28 hours ago but I have not received a single email confirm I have started a cashback claim.

I sent all the info inc picture of the serial number/etc

Please help

Ooh, which TV did you get? (I'm just being nosy.)

I would give it a couple of days just to see if an email comes through to you.

If not then get back to me and I will escalate this for you.

when i applied for the cashback a message read i will get email "within 24 hours" confirm my request.

got no ID etc ATM

Recently there have been a couple of technical problems regarding cashback claims

so I'm not so sure you'd have got the email within 24 hours.

Maybe other members could let us know if they received confirmation emails within 24 hours in the last

couple of weeks?

I'm hoping you'll receive one over the weekend. Again, if not let me know.

(The earliest I can escalate it for you is Monday.)

Try not to worry in the meantime. (Easier said than done I know.)

thanks but esculate to where as no id given etc. i just like to get things done and dusted, thanks for your help and comments re tv

About 8 years ago we boguht a flagship sony bravia 55 inch 3d tv - the picture was great as in thouse days if you wnt over 55 inches picture  became weaker. We never used the £D once. Tv became faulty turning on and off by itself after an hour or few hours so we sold it

 

the OLED 65 inch -  we saw a Samsung at Currys but we felt it was too expensive and wanted to stay with sony - then we treated ourselves but was worried the picture may not be good as our 55 inch tv. The picture is nothing like we seen and everyone that has seen it agrees. We we can even see the tv in the sunlight the picture surpassed expectations massively

Some of us here have the ability to 'escalate' problems on this forum directly to Sony Support for you.

 

Yeah, I can understand your delight at the quality of your new TV :slight_smile:

I also recently changed from an old Bravia to a new one and the difference is unbelievable!

But this tv - anyone and everyone thinks its grea

Hi

Stll not head anything. Applied Friday morning over 48 hours ago not even an email saying they have received my claim

How do I go about contacting sony as I have no ID number etc.
