Would like to ask if is possible to find another/newer firmware or drive for my DVD RW drive?

Sony have not appear to have made a firmware revision available for your drive.

What firmware version do you have installed and what problems are you experiencing.

Google does find several firmware versions but unless you are having problems, I would only use the Sony supplied firmware.
