Dear All,
I dont know how realy to explain this but I will try.
I have Vaio VGN-FS285H and my display is garbled and some time it turns off and on, the colours are a mess. Some time the screen is OK perfect and when this problem shows it comes slowly like some elecromagnetic fild is conquesting the screen. There is an aplication in my dirvers folder called SetReso, sometime when I open (click) this aplication the screen become black for instant and then the dispaly is OK but the screen after few minutes becomes again garbled.
This is not a driver problem because Im useing the latest update for NVidia driver and also when I conect the Laptop to another screen it dispays correctly on the other screen, You may see the problem even when I turn on the Laptop when the Vaio Logo shows up.
this is making me crazy because sometime is Ok and some time not.
I dont know if I have gave you guys any information for my problem.
thanks in advance
Liberest
Have you spoken to VAIO-Link about this?
Also download MobileMeter and tell us what tempretures you have
No I have not spoken with vaio link yet but I will do so very soon, I have download the MobileMeter and the the temperature is 50.0C.
thanks
I have been monitoring the temperature and is not stabled, it moves form 47.0C to 53.0C. The LCD sreen stays cold even I work for long periods, it used to be warmer before.
I dont know if this is a help?
cheers
Now the the screen is OFF most of the time only when I move it from a place to another it go ON and OFF.
please help
That's excellent tempretures, so it might well be a problem with the inverter or graphics unit
Thanks man
