My Sony Vaio just gave up working. I have graphic failures all over the display. Now I have read that the FZ series has a known Error with the nvidia chipset. Sony writes on their homepage that they are fixing the the chipset during the first four years. I can't find a way to communicate with Sony other then paying a rediculous amount of money for their hotline. I'd like to ask the Sony staff to contact me via email, for further instructions.
As far as I know, everyone in the past has had to use the out-of-warranty premium phone line to make initial contact when arranging a repair for the nVidia Graphics issue.
