Hi all, I have been having a problem trying to contact Sony to authorise a repair to my VGN-FZ21e laptop which has a faulty nvidia GPU.
The problem is that I need to give them the serial number which was on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop and the sticker is no longer there. (Stupid place to put such an important sticker IMHO). I can't retrieve the number from th BIOS either because all I have is a black screen!!
If anyone can help me in this matter it would be greatly appreciated.
