Can anyone help please?
Sony have quoted £207 for a new battery - they must be having a laugh.
I don't know where the microphone is, but I do know it's not working.
And the hard drive packed in and I have had to replace.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the performance and reliability of this PC. Has anyone else had similar problems? Is this really as good as I can expect in qulaity and customer service from Sony?
