Using Groove on three computers (two laptops, one desktop). All using same account, connected to external users - generally no problems!
Except: On workspaces where there is one or more members from Microsoft (they use certificates associated with their member accounts) then the Sony Vaio (and only the Sony) cannot install the workspace. I have tried every conceivable install/reinstall, start-up (safe mode, with no services or programs started) with no change what-so-ever.
I've also tried to uninstall Norton AV as well as Protector Suite QL - same result.
Since this problem only occurs on the Vaio, I have to assume that this is where the problem lies but I've run completely out of ideas of what to try next.
Any ides welcome
