I bought a Vaio duo 13 in the UK where i Live, I am trying to get in safe mode but it keeps asking for a password for the boot something. I have the password on screen and just have to copy it, the problem is that the keyboard layout appears to be in US and not UK, and therefore I can't type the letter from the password, only the numbers. I have tried changing date and regional setting in windows when logged in but that makes no change when I try to go into safe mode. Can i have some help please?
