Hi, I recently bought a sony vaio and registered it on an sony online account, however I forgot the password and when I try to reset the password via email it still says invalid username/password? Thanks in advance.
Help me too,i did password reset request to my email,but when i try change password then website ask my what is my favourite food,what i forgot:)) How now i can reset my old account password? Thanks for help
