Sonic CP 4.0 Help Please

I have just downloaded the new version of sonic stage 4.0 onto my computer sucessfully.
Can anyone please tell me how I now transfer it to my vaio pocket. There are so many files and I'm not sure how I go about putting them to my vaio.

How big is the total file?
Bluetooth, email, backup the data and then move etc? Or is it different to what I'm thinking?

Once you install SS 4.0, It is not necessary transfer to VP.

VP should be recognised by SS.
