I have got a vaio vgn sz1hp/b. I always leave charging. I mean 24/7. Always I am charging. Is that a problem? After I stop to use my laptop shall I remove the charger?

What is way most safety to save my battery in the future?

No, as the VAIO stops charging the battery once it's reached 100% so there's no danger
