Remote Play with PS3 issue

Hi. I have a VGN-NW24S. When i try installing the remote play software, it installs successfully, but when i go to use it, an error message appears saying to reinstall. this has happend 4+ times. Please help! Thanks

Is your DirectX up to date? Have you tried re installing that?
