Probelms with Fnkeys

I just bought my VAIO S2XP and can not make the Fn-keys work.

The link sent to me by mail to contact the e-support does not
work either!

I am totally disapointed with my new VAIO!!!

The FN keys will work again if you run UTILS,.EXE from your recovery disk.
