unfortunately you can not buy recovery disc's for a different operating system other than the one that was pre-installed on your Vaio..

If you wish to upgrade to windows 7 then you'll have to purchase this yourself, note that if you do a clean install of windows 7 you will loose the applications that came pre-installed on your Vaio.

If you decide you want to upgrade to windows 7 you could purchase something like Acronis True Image and use this to create and store a backup image, use the following link for more information on: Acronis True Image

Depending on what you have created a backup of, you could restore your Vaio Operating system, applications, user settings, and all your personal data in the event of a fatal system crash or virus attack to as it was when you created the image..
