In order to solve a video-out problem I wanted to subscribe to e-support. When I enter my data in 'register your product I get: 'The product you entered is not a valid product, only European products can be installed'. As a result I can't subscribe to e-Support. My notebook was bought in the Netherlands. I have registered it with sony, but entered that I live in Belgium because the Netherlands is not in the pulldownmenu.
How should I register in order to get support?

Because they might try and hijack your account.
