mysterious keyboard langugage switching

Hi!
When using photoshop, my keyboard sometimes switches over from my swedish layout to an us-english one and it does so in a seemingly random fashion, and having switched it stays in english mode until the vaio is restarted or i have logged out.

I have set swedish in the language settings under controlpanel, and the layout is still swedish if i start notepad or something.

Could there be some keyboard shortcut combination that triggers this that i accidentaly manage to hit? In photoshop i use the alt/ctrl/shift keys a lot, and i also use some of the keys on the lower part of the keyboard a lot.

This is really annoying and does not happen on a stationary, does anyone else recognize this from his/hers vaio laptop?
/regards,
Pär Bäckström

Hi blacktruck and welcome to the forum.

The default shortcut to change language input is Left Alt+Shift. You can alter this in Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages (tab) > Details > Key Settings. Alternatively you can delete unwanted languages via the Settings tab.

Hi!,
and thank you so very much!!! This was the problem, and i have been bothered by it quite some time since some assigned, and frequently used, shortcuts gets remapped (and I have on several occations tried to solve the problem by browsing through the windows documentation and helpfiles and with google and such to no avail, and then the hours go by and then i postpone it again to another day).

This really made my day
