Mass store controller (USB)?

Hello,

I have a problem with mass store controller (probably USB controller).
I belive it is a good translation...
In hardware menager I still have a question mark. I checked vaio updates, recovery disk (in german ), xp instalation disk, internet and nothing...
Maybe somebody will help me?

Uninstall the device and shut down.
Restart the PC, Windows should detect it and install the correct driver.
