Laptop freezes

Hey,

My Vaio laptop keeps freezng randomly every now and then aand I'm getting fed up with it. It's about 2yrs old. Are there any solutions?

Any help would be appreciated.

There could be a software using up all your CPU utilization. Pull up Performance Monitor for Windows 7. When it will freeze, it will show you which software is using up your CPU.
