The DVD does not open from external button
Only opens from eject command on explorer.
When insterting a cd or dvd nor spinning sound.
On double clicking DVD drive a blank window appears
Have up graded firmware to latest.
The laptop is out of warranty.
Anyone know where to get a spare DVD writer (DW-D56A)
Also any information on opening up the above laptop would be appreciated.
