Help please tuner problem

i have just bought a 217s. yesterday i could watch TV on it but today it comes up with the message no tunner any help would be much appreciated thanks steve

jacobus....did you properly inserted the 217s into the cradle???
-did u used the backup-door of SonicStage?
-did u used the new iPod skin??
-did u reformatted the hard-drive and updated the firmware to the new 9.0 version (from 11-09-2001) ===???
-if not so...than do all steps from above and come back later!!!
