Can anyone push me in the right direction, need to contact Vaio support with multiple issues I am having on a pretty new Vaio VPCEB1MOE.
The email support form does not seem to work and I need to contact them via email. Here is my question to Sony, maybe some of you guys can help out in the meantime:

I have recently noticed several issues on my Vaio which is less than 1 year old.
1. Firstly the heatsink fan is becoming more and more noisy, even when the laptop is doing very little work. Is there a patch or update that fixes this as it seems to be a common problem.
2. There seems to be a dead pixel on the screen
3. The left click trackpad button seems to be faulty
Are any of these issues covered by warranty? If so what is the process of having these fixed?
