Fingerprints...

This might sound like a daft question, but what's the best way to get rid of fingerprints from your screen?

I've had my TR5MP for a couple of weeks now, and despite my best efforts I've ended up with fingerprints on the screen. Now, the screen is lovely (being one of this new x-black types), but fingerprints kinda show up.

The manual says to use a soft dry cloth, but that doesn't work too well. I don't want to use any of these screenwipe products as I'm a bit dubious about them... so what's the best way of cleaning up my screen?

Try a slightly wet lint free cloth.
Not too much water mind you. Wring it out.

Yes... water works fine... yet i use warm water and only do small areas at a time... never wipe the hole screen at once...

Cheers.

I'll never forget a mate of mine who used some cleaner spray on his Iiyama TFT - totally trashed whatever coating is (or was!) on it, and (of course) Iiyama refused to repair/replace it...

You have to use a product without alcohol.
