Booting from external Floppy Disk USB - PROBLEM

I bought a VGN B1XP and a NEC external floppy drive on USB interface. The floppy works fine in windows but iI can not boot from it. I have checked my BIOS settings and the floppy is selected as the first boot device.

Does anyone else has the same problem?
Something to add?

I wouldn't try, you'll end up breaking your VAIO
