Anyone able to help? for some unknown reason the assist and vaio keyboard buttons do not work on my VPCEB2MOE, i have followed the uninstall instructions received from vaio help, still they do not work, the operating system is windows 7, this laptop has been rather disappointing to say the least!. It's not even 6 months old its one problem after the other.
