ArcSoft Webcam Companion

Hi All,

My Webcam Companion was working without a problem until I  downloaded some program updates.  After I was done restarting my  computer, I tried to open the program and I got a message that says, "ArcSoft WebCam Companion has stopped working...A problem caused the  program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and  notify you if a solution is availlable."  Now, I can't even open it.  Anyone knows what's going on? Thank you so much for your help.

I think I would try reinstalling Webcam Companion using the Recovery Centre.

What model do you have?

Hey,i have problem with reinstalling on webcam companion with recoverty centre becouse the webcam companion is not in my menu for reinstalling,what to do ??? sorry for my english
