I'm trying to set up my Bravia KDL-40HX723 to access the internet to view amazon prime. I've set it up using a LAN cable which is still plugged in. I've set up a my Sony account but when I go to log in on the TV, it says there is not enough memory to view the login page. I've then tried to access the amazon app through Internet Video and there is a configuration failure <2200> message. Any suggestions please on how to resolve this?
