LED Sony BRAVIA, 125 cm, 50WF665, Full HD

I purchase a smart TV 50WF665 last month and seems to have problem to connect to internet (especially you tube).

When I go to see all the application - appear only photo shearing and some other application. Netflix, YouTube, browser doesn't appear. This is not happen all the time. What can I do to solve the problem?

I choose to by a Sony TV because I thought that will be a good quality but I think I made a mistake.
