I purchased a 4k Sony Bravia 55" TV from your Sony outlet Store on the 28th June 2015 and it has since developed a hazy line at bottom of screen about half an inch from the bottom, going all the way across it.
Logged a call with Sony Support, re. case 12926007 and they wanted pictures of the issue. Sent about 8 over all. They said I will get a response in 12 to 48 hours but nothing since. If anything I have been contacting them for an update but they say it under investigation. How looking at pictures of the issue is called under investigation I have no idea.
Anyway, I'm disappointed that this has taken so long. To me this a screen issue and needs to be replaced as it has been rest to factory but still the same issue.
Seems that they are buying time.
I have spent a lot of money on this product and would like this sorted as it has not been very long since I have purchased the product.
