Black screen when coming out of youtube or iplayer and slow response

Hi,

We have a Sony Bravia 32WD603BU which is very slow responding to remote requests, it also leaves us with a black screen when coming out of apps, especially Youtube or BBC iplayer.

It's only 4 years old so wouldn't expect issues like this!!

Any help out there.

For the black screen, try a simple power cycle, unplug everything from the mains for two minutes. Let me know if it worked.
