Phone frozen on blue screen

I bought my acro s two weeks ago . I have not tried to root it or anything . I was useing skype and after my call i shut down sype. Now its stuck with a blue screen . It will not respond to holding down the power button . I plug it to my computer and here the computer connection sound but nothing happens .. It will not connect to sony companion ... What now ? Please help thank you

fixed! After reading here in the discussions i read to do a reset you need to hold the power button and volume down . Well nothing happend so i went to live chat and Tony said to hold the power button and volume up and the phone reset. And fixed . Thank you Tony !
