Hi, I have an xperia m2 and when I make a call or I hear a wasap audio I do not have access to the screen..I press the power button but it does not give the option to use it..they are thousands of seconds that gives me the option to see the screen..from all good

Hola tengo un xperia m2 y cuando hago una llamada o escucho un audio de wasap no tengo acceso a la pantalla..apreto el boton de encendido pero no da la opcion para usarla..son milesimas de segundo q me da la opcion de ver la pantalla..desp todo bien
