unfortunately has stopped everything working sony xperia m

Hey i turned on my sony xperia m and it came up saying unfortunately google has stopped working then it came up saying it again but insteed of google it said something then again and again and it said it with everything on my phone and when i lock it and go to unlock it it has turned off and i cant do anything once.Ihave gone on something fast i have to stay on it if i come off it i have to turn my off but when i turn it off i have to take the battery off to turn it off and i dont know what to do and how to fix it. I looked up how to fix it and all i get is unfortunately about everything like cramra and other things and nothing about what im having and how to fix it.Can someone please help and tell me if you know anyway to fix it please thank you

I also am facing the same issue.. i keep getting  similar popups..
1) I tried going to the Settings > Apps > Respective apps (Example: Google Play Services) > Force Stop > Clear data - Did not work
2) I tried to do a Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory Reset > Phone Reset > Erase Everything - Did not work

3) I tried to do a repair using Sony PC Companion 2.1 however this also does not work.. and i am using Windows OS.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem???

I have already repaired and changed the software still it is not working. It works for 2/3 weeks and the same problem is repeated. Plz help me fix this.
