my phone not able to turn on or charge

my phone not able to turn on or charge , i put it on the charge and left it more than 4 hour and try to open it put i falid to open it . i try different ways to open it like sony pc companion put i falid

please help me to open my phone

Mi telefono lo apague al recibir una llamada. Y no prendió mas, ni se carga.

My phone turns it off when I receive a call. And it did not turn on anymore, nor does it charge.
