Hi @Bigboy200, sorry to hear about your device not booting up as it should. 
Would it be possible for you to elaborate a bit on the behaviour you are experiencing? For example, what occurs when you try and boot up your device.
If you haven't tried to remove the SIM and/or SD card from the device and then booting it up, please do that.
