Yesterday my smartphone get water in a pool, and than now my smartphone can't power on, just stuck in first boot, just show a text sony xperia and than restart back again.

If this occurred directly after the device was in contact with the water, I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a service for you as the device will need to be examined by a trained technician at an authorized service centre.

If you have any questions regarding warranty, local service routines and so forth they will gladly assist you with this as well and will be able to provide a much more detailed answer than I can as these terms may vary between markets.
