Hi thank you for your reply Sony support say to send it in for repair however with no mention of cost and the age of the phone looks like I have another doorstop the wife had no such problems with Samsung same age phone numbers were sent that work and no costs involved I never had a problem until now looks like I won't get the help when needed and will be buying a different phone from now on kind regards tiberian
