I recently bought the Xperia m4 aqua dual as I was pretty impressed by its stats on paper but there are a few issues that have to be solved. Firstly I cant use my front camera. There is no icon for the front camera even in the camera application and also in other apps like retrica. I tried clearing the data but it wasnt effective enough. It would be really helpful if you could Solve this as soon as possible.

hi i bought my xperia m4 aqua less 4weeks ago.im encountered the problem first since day1 im tried to used the camera but the facing camera not working.please help to fix the problem

im tried to reset also the factory data reset and tried again to open but still same problem please help me!to fix

Hi, my Sony Xperia M4 aqua front camera is not working, but the back camera works, when i open camera i am not getting the icon where you can switch cameras. i have dropped my phone 4 times idk if that effect the camera. i have factory reset my phone and reboot it still not working. i am thinking now should i reinstall the software update???? cause i can't think of any other way.

please i am open for any suggestions

Hii im using xperia m4 dual.my tita just bought it recently. When i first explore it. It was fine but then i was about to use the front cam on the camera app i was very disappointed to see that the front cam button is missing..please give me solution for my problem cause i really love using front cam for selfie purposes now im very depressed that i cant use it because its missing...
