Cannot download Imaging Edgeto to PC (Windows 10.)

I tried with Google Crome, Microsoft Edge, Explorer and Opera Browsers. Same result.

Se attached Photo. If I follow Instructions: Go back to Creaters Cloud top page.

Nothing happens.
